Day 3 – 23/Nov/2020 – The Fat Wolf

Weight: too much +1
Measurements: Put on a dress first time after three months. My ample bosom flashed before me, my dress shamefully withdrawing, defeated, almost apologizing that she can’t stretch that far.
Exercise: Blow-dried my hair – counts as an arm day!!

Motivation: Fighting it, sort of…

There is this Native American story of two wolves that live inside us.
The one you feed wins!” they say…
Well, to be honest, I feel that there are several inside me, and the fat beast is the one dominating the scene at the moment.

My fatty is loud, demanding, sarcastic and sassy. She is just selfishly grabbing everything she possibly can, overstepping her boundaries, pushing them more and more by creating more space for herself – literally – my body just blindly following her lead and getting bigger and bigger.

Meanwhile, my other ‘wolves’ turned into pups.
The fit one is offended. She is sulking in the corner because she didn’t work this hard to have everything ruined by this chips-devouring couch potato.
The elegant one is disappointed because the fatty ruined all her nice clothes and nothing fits her any more.
And the sensible one is just tired of repeating the same things over and over again. She just gave up because you can’t help someone who doesn’t want to be helped.
It’s high time these three stand up for themselves!!!!!

This is me trying to please fatty with her favorite song! (instead a bag of cheesy chips)
