Slow-roasted pork loin in honey sauce
Sautéed peppers and onions

Pork loin
Potato salad
Friday

Summer minestrone with chickpeas, lentils and barley
Saturday

Fried fish
Boiled chard (Swiss or rainbow)
Sunday

Lunch at the in-laws’ 🙂
